We’re Official: Triple20 is a Certified B Corp!
We're official:
Triple20 is a Certified B Corp!
We’ve got some big news to share: Triple20 just earned B Corp certification!
If you’re not familiar, Certified B Corporations are a global community of companies independently verified for balancing profit and purpose.
It’s a growing movement based on a simple idea: The world’s biggest challenges can’t be solved by nonprofits and governments alone. Businesses need to step up — not just with statements, but with structure, accountability, and real action.
What it took
Earning B Corp certification isn’t easy — and that’s kind of the point.
To get certified, we had to prove we meet rigorous standards in how we structure our company, empower our team, support our local community, create value for our clients, and yes — how we tackle sustainability in an industry that generates 600,000 tons of waste annually.
The process involved months of audits, documentation, and making some tough trade-offs.
Today, Triple20 is officially one of the first exhibit agencies in North America to earn B Corp certification — an achievement that feels both humbling and energizing.
We are so proud to reach this milestone. But we’re even prouder of what it reflects — the everyday choices, systems, and people behind the scenes who’ve fought like hell to make our work more intentional and more impactful.
Why we did it
For us, this wasn’t about a badge or a press release. It was about formalizing – and holding ourselves accountable to – the values we’ve always held.
From the start, we’ve built Triple20 around a few simple but powerful beliefs:
That our work should create a meaningful impact — for our clients, for our team, for our community, and for our planet
That trade shows can be done differently — with more care, more clarity, and a whole lot less waste.
And that running a successful business should never come at the expense of people or the planet.
But the world doesn’t need another company that talks about caring while operating the same old way. It needs businesses that actually care — and prove it.
B Corp certification gave us a way to put structure behind our core beliefs, and to back them up with real actions.
It’s how we prove — to ourselves, our team, and our clients — that we’re serious about building a business that’s a force for good.
The trade show industry has historically operated with a 'build it, use it once, throw it away' mentality.
As a B Corp, we're proving that our industry can do better without compromising on creativity or client results. We're building exhibits that work harder and last longer – and we're doing it in a way that's good for people, planet, and profit.

What it means for you
- If you’re our client (or a future one!): You’re partnering with a company that’s been independently verified to care more—about quality, about people, about long-term value over quick profits. One who doesn’t just talk about values, but builds them into our process. That translates to fewer surprises, better communication, and exhibits built to last.
- If you’re part of our community in the events industry: You’re seeing that it is possible for sustainability and profitability to work together, not against each other. To us, B Corp certification is just one part of a larger movement to make our industry — and the work — better. And our hope is that this milestone inspires others to join us.
- And if you’re a Triple20 team member, investor, partner, or supporter: You’re what got us here. Thank you.
What comes next
This journey required us to look in the mirror and take an honest look at where we’re strong and where we still have room to grow. And that’s exactly what we love about being a B Corp: the work is never done.
We’re already setting goals to raise our scores across the board, including:
- Reducing our environmental impact on the trade show floor
- Expanding access to creative careers for underserved students in our community through new internship programs
- Sourcing even more of our materials and services locally to support regional economies.
Because at the end of the day, B Corp certification isn’t a finish line. It’s a framework for getting better — every year, every project, every day.
We’re just getting started. We’re excited for what’s to come. And we’re honored to build it together.
