FAQs

What happened to Showcraft and Display Arts?

Two social impact entrepreneurs, Adam Rao and Silas Morgan, acquired Showcraft in 2021 and Display Arts in 2023. Now, the two companies are fully integrated and operating as Triple20.

Are there any plans to acquire more companies?

Not at this time.

Will my account team change?

No. Your current points of contact and team will remain the same.

Are there any key personnel changes?

In recent months, we have added additional senior level talent and will continue to add across multiple departments, including project management, creative and account management.

What changes can we expect in terms of services or offerings?

Triple20 is not eliminating any services. Through the merger, clients will have access to the full suite of services previously offered independently through Showcraft and Display Arts. Whatever world you’re imagining, we’re ready to build it.

Is the pricing structure or payment process changing?

No. Triple20 is committed to continuing with its fair and transparent pricing model. There are no technology, software or process changes related to financials.

Will there be changes to the company’s mission or values?

No. Triple20 embodies the values that have driven us as separate companies and will continue to unite us as one. The Triple20 vision is to build new worlds for companies destined to change this one.

How will this rebranding affect existing projects or work?

No. It’s business as usual, full steam ahead. Just keep your eye out for our new logo on deliverables, invoices and other materials.

What does Triple20 mean?

We’re so happy you asked. On a dartboard, Triple20 is the lone space more valuable than a bullseye. It represents precision and it represents how we work—precise in everything we do.
