Whistleblower Policy
Triple20 is committed to conducting its business with integrity and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. As part of this commitment, we encourage all employees, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to report any concerns regarding unethical behavior, violations of company policies, or illegal activities.
Purpose:
The purpose of this Whistleblower Policy is to provide a mechanism for individuals to report concerns without fear of retaliation and to ensure that such concerns are promptly and thoroughly investigated.
Scope:
This policy applies to all employees, contractors, vendors, partners, and other stakeholders associated with Triple20.
Reporting Process:
1. Reporting Options:
a. Employees are encouraged to report concerns to their immediate supervisor or manager. However, if for any reason an employee is uncomfortable reporting to their supervisor or believes that the concern involves their supervisor, they may report directly to the Human Resources Department or any member of the executive team.
b. If an employee believes that reporting through internal channels could jeopardize the investigation or result in retaliation, they may report anonymously through the company’s designated reporting hotline or online platform found at triple20.co/grievance
2. Information to Include:
When reporting a concern, individuals should provide as much detail as possible, including:
- Description of the incident(s)
- Date, time, and location of the incident(s)
- Names of individuals involved (if known)
- Any supporting documentation or evidence
3. Confidentiality:
All reports of concerns will be treated with the utmost confidentiality to the extent possible. However, anonymity cannot be guaranteed, especially if further information is required to conduct a thorough investigation.
4. Non-Retaliation:
Triple20 prohibits retaliation against any individual who, in good faith, reports a concern or cooperates in an investigation. Retaliation against whistleblowers will result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment or contract.
Investigation Process:
Upon receipt of a report, Triple20 will promptly initiate an investigation. The investigation may include gathering additional information, conducting interviews with relevant parties, and reviewing pertinent documentation.
Resolution and Follow-Up:
Once the investigation is complete, appropriate actions will be taken based on the findings. If wrongdoing is substantiated, corrective measures will be implemented, which may include disciplinary action, termination of employment or contract, restitution, or other remedies as deemed necessary.
Documentation:
All reports, investigations, and actions taken in response to whistleblower concerns will be documented and retained in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Training and Awareness:
Triple20 will provide periodic training and communication to employees and other stakeholders regarding this Whistleblower Policy to ensure awareness and understanding of their rights and obligations under this policy.
Policy Review:
This Whistleblower Policy will be reviewed periodically and updated as necessary to ensure its effectiveness and compliance with relevant laws and best practices.
Acknowledgment:
All employees, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders are required to acknowledge receipt and understanding of this Whistleblower Policy upon commencement of their association with Triple20.
Adherence to this policy is essential to maintaining a culture of integrity, transparency, and accountability within Triple20. We encourage all individuals to speak up if they become aware of any conduct that is inconsistent with our values or policies.
