The Opportunity
Boldyn Networks came to us at a pivotal moment: fresh off a major acquisition and in the midst of reintroducing themselves as a confident, cutting-edge player in the connectivity space.
Their goal was clear — make a bold statement with a 20×20 exhibit that would drive brand recognition, support high-traffic hospitality, and position them as both a technology leader and a standout presence on the show floor.
To do that, we had to solve for a range of strategic and creative challenges:

Make a visual impact — without rigging.
Height and visibility were key, but rigging wasn’t an option. We had to create a structurally bold and brand-forward footprint that stood tall on its own. -
Translate brand visuals into immersive architecture.
Boldyn’s identity centers around a vibrant magenta palette and interconnected line motifs. Our challenge was to carry that aesthetic from 2D brand assets into 3D space — without overwhelming the design. -
Support a full-scale hospitality program.
From catered food and drinks to swag giveaways and screens looping branded content, the exhibit needed to do a lot — all while maintaining an uncluttered, inviting feel. -
Align brand identity with emotional experience.
Above all, Boldyn wanted to become synonymous with welcome and hospitality — not just technology. That meant designing a space that fostered connection, created “wow” moments, and stood apart from the corporate sea of sameness.
How We Hit The Mark
We delivered a visually striking, technically sophisticated exhibit that positioned Boldyn Networks as a future-forward industry leader — and a brand that knows how to host.
Here’s how we addressed each challenge:

High-impact presence, no rigging required.
We built a central tower and supporting verticals that drew the eye upward, delivering height and visibility within show regulations. Custom lighting and layered signage helped maximize brand visibility from every angle. -
From brand guidelines to built environment.
Boldyn’s signature magenta took center stage, thoughtfully paired with white and navy to balance contrast and polish. The interconnected line motif echoed throughout the structure, creating a cohesive visual language that mirrored their marketing materials. -
Immersive tech, layered storytelling.
LED tile walls looped eye-catching brand visuals, while a suspended LED billboard helped announce in-booth programming. These dynamic elements reinforced Boldyn’s tech-savvy identity while creating visual movement that attracted attention. -
Smart design for seamless hospitality.
A central bar concealed catering supplies and a mini-fridge, while a closet structure maintained visual openness and housed back-of-house storage. This layout supported multiple activations across the show — from morning lattes to happy hour cocktails — without clutter or chaos. -

From food and beverage activations to thoughtful giveaway displays, every element was designed to feel human, inviting, and generous — helping Boldyn deliver on its mission to make every visitor feel welcome.
