Exhibiting at IDDBA is high-stakes.
Triple20 is the full-service exhibit agency that makes sure it’s worth it — from custom design to show-floor execution.
What's at stake at IDDBA
Once a year, the most influential buyers in dairy, deli, and bakery are all in the same room. They’re walking the floor, tasting products, and deciding which brands deserve a place on their shelves.
In 225,000 square feet of show floor, the brands that earn serious attention from retail buyers aren’t necessarily the biggest. They’re the ones that came prepared.
That’s exactly what we help food brands do.
Triple20 is a full-service exhibit agency with real experience at IDDBA — handling everything from custom design to show-floor execution so your investment actually delivers.

Why Triple20 for IDDBA 2026?
We know this show. We know this industry. And we work differently than most exhibit vendors.
We know IDDBA like the back of our hand.
We know the the venue, the approved vendor ecosystem, and the food safety and logistics requirements that catch first-time exhibitors off guard.
That experience means fewer surprises, a budget that goes further, and a team that's solved most of these problems before you even knew they existed. We're built for brands that mean business.
Triple20 specializes in high-impact custom exhibits for brands ready to invest seriously in their presence.
If you just need a table and signage, we're not the right fit. But if you need an exhibit that stops the right people in their tracks and turns attention into conversations, we should talk.We set your marketing team up for success.
Planning an IDDBA exhibit means months of vendor coordination, service orders, and compliance details — the same time your marketing team should be spending on strategy.
We take all of that off your plate, so you arrive in Orlando focused on your brand, not chasing down your electrical vendor.Custom Booths for Food & Beverage Brands

Bangs LaboratoriesSustainable Exhibit Design from a Certified B Corp
The trade show industry produces an estimated 600,000 tons of waste per year, much of it from single-use builds that go straight to the landfill after the show.
As one of the first Certified B Corp exhibit houses in the country, we’re independently verified to meet high standards of environmental and social responsibility.
We’ve built our business model around modular, flexible exhibits designed to grow with your brand instead of starting over for every show. This approach reduces waste, saves you money, and produces better results over time.

Frequently Asked Questions
How far in advance should I start planning my IDDBA exhibit?
If you're exhibiting in June, you don't have time to spare. The window to do this right is shorter than most people expect.
Reach out now. Even if your timeline is already tight, we'll tell you honestly what's possible.
What are the booth regulations at IDDBA?
IDDBA booth regulations cover everything from back wall height limits and carpet requirements to hanging sign approvals, flame-retardant material certifications, and food sampling authorization forms.
There's more detail than most exhibitors expect — and the consequences of missing something range from last-minute fixes on-site (when pricing is through the roof) to your being shut down by show management.
The good news: navigating all of this is part of what we do. Our clients don't need to become experts in IDDBA compliance; they just need to work with a team that already is.
What do I need to know about food sampling and cold chain logistics at IDDBA?
IDDBA has specific requirements for both. Any exhibitor serving food or beverage samples must submit a Sampling Authorization Form in advance. Cooking or open flame requires an additional OCCC Fire Marshal form.
For refrigerated or frozen product, IDDBA designates approved cold chain vendors — standard carriers aren't sufficient for temperature-controlled freight, and this needs to be coordinated well ahead of the show.
These are exactly the kinds of details that catch first-time IDDBA exhibitors off guard.
At Triple20, we help our clients manage the full picture — from paperwork to approved vendor coordination — so nothing falls through the cracks.
What should I look for in an exhibit partner for an food industry trade show like IDDBA?
Beyond portfolio and price, start with experience — specifically within the food and beverage industry.
IDDBA has food safety requirements, approved vendor relationships, and logistics complexity that generic exhibit companies aren't always prepared for.
Ask any vendor you consider whether they've built at IDDBA before, whether they know the Orange County Convention Center, and how they handle refrigerated freight and sampling compliance.
The answers will narrow the field quickly.
How much does a custom exhibit for IDDBA cost?
It varies significantly depending on booth size, your specific plans (e.g. giveaways, sampling, or other activations), and how much you're owning versus renting.
A 10x10 inline with modular components looks very different from a 50x50 island with refrigerated cases and custom fabrication.
What we can tell you: we know the Orange County Convention Center and the IDDBA vendor ecosystem well enough that your budget goes further with us than it would with most exhibit companies.
We're not the cheapest option — but we're also not the most expensive, and our clients consistently find that all-inclusive guaranteed pricing means the number you budget is the number you spend.
If you want a straight answer on what's realistic for your footprint and goals, just ask us. We'll tell you honestly.
Does Triple20 have experience at IDDBA?
Yes — we've designed and managed exhibits at IDDBA for food brands across protein, dairy, deli, and bakery, including multi-year programs that have scaled across multiple footprints and shows.
Our work in this space has been recognized nationally, including winning the 2025 Best of beMatrix Sustainability Award for our exhibit program with Expresco Foods, a longtime IDDBA exhibitor.
We know the show, the venue, and what it actually takes to show up well in this environment.
What kind of food and beverage companies does Triple20 work with?
Our sweet spot is mid-sized food, beverage, and CPG companies that are serious about their trade show presence and ready to invest in doing it right.
We're not the right fit for brands looking to buy banner stands or source booth items on their own (more power to you, though!)
But if you're a growing brand that wants to show up in a serious, strategic way and have a team that owns the process — that's exactly who we work with.
How does Triple20's pricing work?
Upfront, transparent, and all-inclusive. If our proposal says $60,000, your invoice says $60,000 — no hidden fees, no surprises.
This is genuinely uncommon in the exhibit industry. Most vendors quote low and build in room for overages. We don't.
Our model is built around earning the next project, not squeezing margin out of the current one — which means you'll never have to wonder whose interests we're protecting.
